As a web designer, I had the privilege of designing a website from scratch for an author who sought to establish her online presence and promote her newly published book. To ensure the website would meet her needs, I embarked on a rigorous design process that involved market research, ideation, prototyping, design, user testing, and feedback implementation.

Firstly, I conducted thorough market research to understand the author's target audience and their preferences. From this research, I developed a series of ideas that aligned with the author's vision and brand. Using Figma, I created a prototype that illustrated the website's layout and functionality to the client, gaining their approval before proceeding to the design phase.

During the design phase, I ensured that every aspect of the website aligned with the client's brand and messaging. Additionally, I ensured that the website was user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing.

After completing the website design, I conducted extensive user testing to determine its responsiveness and ease of use. Through this testing, I identified areas of improvement, which I implemented by making adjustments to the website's design.

Upon completion of the adjustments, I published the website, and the author successfully established her online presence and promoted her newly published book.
